I loved that I could easily walk to the Mutare Museum in just a few minutes. The beautiful Vumba Botanical Gardens were only a short drive away, allowing me to soak in some nature after my city strolls.

The gym's well-equipped but the lighting in the room was a bit sad. Staff were heaps friendly, though!

I really enjoyed my time here, especially the cozy, well-furnished room and the refreshing outdoor pool that was perfect for relaxing. Plus, the fitness center had great equipment that made it easy to stick to my workout routine. The only downside was the slightly confusing billing process, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyable experience! 😊

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Secondly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had breathtaking views of the mountains. And finally, the breakfast provided was delicious and filling, giving me the perfect start to my day. Plus, the added bonus of having AC in the room was a lifesaver!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my group of friends. the location was excellent - close to everything we needed. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests we had. We also enjoyed the meeting room facilities which were well equipped and comfortable.

The elevator was slow, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyable experience at this hotel.

We had a lovely romantic escape in a well-located hotel. We enjoyed the convenience of having free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the room. the buffet breakfast offered plenty of choices and was a great way to start the day.

Our experience was marred by noisy neighbors on our last night that kept us awake. It would be great if the hotel could have more soundproofing to avoid this issue in the future.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Mutare, I was really surprised by the great service and lovely rooms. The view in the morning was an added bonus. The hotel staff were accommodating and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a good-sized TV and a variety of channels to choose from. Despite the hotel hosting a UN conference, they still had standard rooms available for last-minute bookings. The late check-out arranged by the hotel for the marathon was a thoughtful gesture. I also appreciated the availability of a meeting room instead of a casino. The new manager has done a amazing job in turning this hotel around. I had a positive experience at Holiday Inn Mutare and would recommend it to others.

The room was quite spacious and we enjoyed the free internet access. The staff was always on hand to make sure we were taken care of. The hotel was located in a convenient location near key attractions and commercial areas.

The elevators were out of order and we had to walk up and down several flights of stairs which was a bit of a hassle. the noise from a nearby complex kept us up at night, which was an unfortunate downside to an otherwise lovely stay.
